This dynamic housing scheme in Kuching comprises 24 terrace and 6 semi-detached housing units. Located in the heart of an established area, the scheme explores a new typology in local repetitive housing. The open-plan concept for 7th Avenue provides the internal spaces with easier access to the landscaped gardens outside. The internal spaces are well lit and ventilated through the introduction of a double-storey atrium and courtyard.
